I mean…of course it was. It was a way to “downsize” without having to do layoffs. I’m actually surprised so many people were willing to quit over RTO mandates.
In my office we went permanent WFH and I had two people quit because they wanted to go back to the office (I think there were issues at home these people didn’t want to spend more time at home).
