  20. As a New Zealander, I think my personal reaction would be more akin to resignation and acceptance that cheating is omnipresent. I don’t think anyone’s shocked. That makes us sound naive.

    Hurt, maybe, that a fellow commonwealth country with similar cultural attitudes & a shared history has done this, but everyone expects cheating at the Olympics, and in all areas of sport.

    So, ‘disappointed’ would be more accurate.
