  1. Oh, now they’re just being questioned? An earlier post said they’d been arrested.

  2. “Students”. Ok, track the purchase of the drone and see who paid for it.

  3. Not an isolated incident

  4. I mean if they wanna try and fuck around. That’s the ship that’s gonna make them find out. That thing is a fuckin unit.

  5. Why someone might violate (provisional) US air space is a perfectly reasonable thing to have questions about. Especially if it might lead to a diplomatic incident.

  6. Are the police sure the Chinese students don’t work for Team Canada’s women’s soccer team?

  7. What possible new information they can get just from flying a drone over a carrier though? How do we know it’s not just some military enthusiasts who like warships?

But good call on the South Korean guards who noticed the drone. In Japan, they only found out after a Twitter post of it.

  8. How in the hell to port guards carry something other than a shotgun in these modern days do not carry Anti-Drone guns? Even on the ships themselves while docked?

  9. They are students, that’s for sure. Students educated in the arts of espionage. They get an ‘F’ for this assignment, since they got caught.
