Prince William Reunites With His Flying Instructor on RAF Base Visit

Prince William has visited his former RAF base in Anglesey, north Wales, where he was reunited with his flying instructor Captain Brian Wills.

William lived at the base as a newly-wed with Kate between 2010 and 2013, during which time he served as an RAF search and rescue pilot. Report by Zaina Alibhai.

  1. I'm a retired firefighter who spent 30 years in that career. I smile at my brothers and sisters who are standing in brand new bunker gear (protective gear) when meeting (photo shoot) politicians, or in this case royalty. In reality the every day protective gear that we wear looks atrocious. I wouldn't be surprised if those first responders had to turn that nice shiny gear back into supply division when the photo shoot ended.
