S Bahn station bike parking

Hello everyone,
I used to park my bike every week twice in the S Bahn station and take train to office. Yesterday I saw this pasted on my bike.
Then translation states I parked more than two weeks and it ll be removed.
But I park only two days a week. How to explain this ? There is no contact here. Or is it a scam ? The letter seems legit with DB logo
