  1. Me a Romanian

    Fully phonetical language

    Closest to pure Latin

Idk what are you talking about mate, we are the alpha language here

  2. Waiting for the Catalans to barge in and tell us that this meme is suppressing them.

  3. Romanian is the one child of the Romance family that ran away and was raised by wolves

  4. I have family in/from both Spain and Ukraine and culturally Romania is much much closer to Ukraine than Spain (or Italy, Portugal, etc). Their language is Latin originated but that is about it. Romanian folk costumes is so similar to my Mother’s home region in Ukraine that I often have confused them for ones of the style of my family. Spanish culture isn’t the only Latin origin culture but I see massive cultural similarities between us and other Southern European Latin nations. I don’t know why Romanians don’t just call themselves Eastern Europeans or South Eastern European/Balkan and be proud of that culture. Hungarians speak an originally non European language but clearly the average Hungarian is European.

  5. I had a Romanian nanny growing up. Listening to her phone calls was an out-of-body experience. Even better than being scolded by my cousin’s Polish nanny! Good times.

  6. Barry… you know that you are the third dragon of the Germanic ones, right?

  7. I bet you can’t even speak one of those languages, wtf would you know about it barry?
btw check your pockets, you might’ve “lost” something

  8. Haha I like the Romanian language. It was quite fun to study and learn. Vorbesc putin romanesti dar nu fuerte bine 🙂

  9. Quick tutorial how to speak effectively romance iberian languages. Pick Italian and add -s at the end for Spanish: “las linguas italianas”, add -aõ for Portuguese: “laõ linguaõ italianaõ”.

For French and Romanian it’s a bit trickier, but with a few -ois, -ez and -u you can defend yourself.

Of course, for all this to work you need to know Italian.

    You are welcome
