Hello! Unfortunately, a few days ago I was scammed out of €50 by two Bulgarians in Austria, which I, as a student, cannot afford to lose. Therefore, I wanted to ask here if it’s possible to find out anything about the driver through the license plate or if you can provide me with any clues about the person. How did you get scammed? One or two guys? How did you get the photo? Usually if someone gets scammed the other person will flee thus, the car shot should be from behind (idk that’s my thinking).

That’s a Razgrad plate, I wouldn’t exactly call them Bulgarians. Also, you are not getting your 50€ back.
I am sorry, you can go to the police. We can’t get info freely on the internet based on a license plate (you know, all that privacy and stuff)

Nothing we can do with the plate mate, you’ll have to file a police report.
From the plate we can only tell that he has valid technical inspection and liability insurance. Other information is not publicly accessible.

if there is some real problem, complain to the police.
they can easily find the owner of the car, if the plate is legit (it’s from the Ruse region).
I’ve received highway traffic fines at least two times from Austrian authorities, directly at my home address in BG, so that is indeed a non-issue within EU.
