they should be more annoyed by him going back on promises and scrapping capital expenditure on the north (HS2) with no real replacement other than reannouncing other rail upgrades that I think were already cancelled once and therefore can be again.
Also endless reannouncing ‘levelling up schemes’

The south has been consistently voting Tory for decades with hardly a word said, but a tiny percentage of northern seats turn blue in one election and we’re all room temperature IQ monkey hangers who worship fire. We have a long and proud history of socialist activism in the north, not that any of you cunts would know it having never bothered yourselves with anything happening further north than the Watford gap.
If you want to blame the mess that this country is in on anyone, lay it at the feet of the arseholes who have voted this way in every election for the past 60 years, not the people who have seen steady decline year on year in their quality of life under Labour-run councils that have come to expect votes for fuck all up here.

Swindon has Tory MPs it’s not “red wall” more like Russia in the 1980’s. 60% of the shops shut no investment for years, poor housing, poor road structure. Always left to struggle on. And they still vote for them – it’s the Tory voters fault 100% take responsibility-
