31. If the Ukrainians are smart enough they would be building more underground hangers to protect the F-16 from the worse missiles Russia has. It is easy, quick and cheap to build such hangers (look at how the Chinese build huge concrete structures) except that the Ukrainians may be corrupted or have Russian agents working within Ukraine.
