Long-Covid: The Saga Continues. Sign the petition for center of expertise

Please sign the petition, because it always feels good to do something nice. While other countries persist in their research of Long-covid, Belgium still has no centre of expertise. This results in patients getting the wrong treatment, stay out of work longer and putting more stress on our social safety net.

At first glance this may not look like a serious issue, but private insurance company's are suspending payments because "Long-Covid" does not exist in their own world. This is leading to high medical bills (yes, even in Belgium). Even the "MAF" (maximum bill of medical costs) does NOT cover all necessary threatments (for example Neuropsychology € 86 per session). Imagine paying 4K a year for medical treatment, you really need but can't afford because you are on wellfare and the insurance does not pay. Last time I've checked I'm not living in the US.
