It’s a weed killer that uses high voltage , hence the small arcs on the ground ( the glowy bits ) the fact you have to maintain 3 meters of distance from it really makes me wonder why they’re using it during waking hours.
They use it to dehydralise the remnants from the chemtrails that haven’t interacted with the UFO-beams. Happens sometimes.

It works well on annuals but not so well on perennials.
