2. Yeah, that’s bullshit, alright. There’s only 10 cities in the US with a million people or more. If a city has fewer than 1M people, there isn’t enough demand for $1M houses.
   Why do people post this crap.

3. California has plenty of build able land. It’s just not near the costs or big cities.
