Well tomorrow we should learn Biden’s plans to reform SCOTUS, they should actually be non-partisan if looked at long term ie. won’t give Democrats a bias if the Democrats retain power, but despite that actually managing to get them implemented while the Republicans have an extremely biased control is another matter, it really needs to happen though.

  17. If the House flips, we might just see this – or at least it being enough of a threat for him to retire.

    However, it will go nowhere in Senate. Impeachment became a useless show piece as soon as the Senate refused to throw out a guy for clear high crimes and misdemeanors the first time.

    At least for the moment, we need ethics reforms with teeth. Thomas should be actively being investigated by the DOJ right now for bribery, but the mechanisms to force that don’t exist right now.

  21. Saw a post listing gifts amounts to SC justices. Some in the hundreds, some in the low thousands. Thomas’s was in the millions, and he has history of not declaring things until after they are pointed out.

  23. What does Christian and government have to do with anything? State and church are to be separate. It’s just a petition to remove him and I want to sign it but I don’t do religion or god.
