F off, I will appreciate the lesser Germans when they have learned to speak a proper language.
Handing out free money? What is this madness?
I like the generosity and homely sense of hospitality of the Dutch and the good natured and playful attitude of the Germans
I like the cute little moffenshops at the cosy border crossings, where you sell cheap coffee, Tasty Tom tomatoes, 8 % alcohol canned melon cherry beer, forgotten cheese, deep-fried secret ingredients, Kibbeling and sweets with colours that have been banned in Germany for decades, especially for us. Thank you, dear neighbours, we just keep coming!
> Say what you like the most about the dutch and germans
They aren’t Brits
I fucking hate this video from the bottom of my soul (the original video, not the meme)
I’ve worked with Germans a lot in the past. I work an office job, in finance.
Next to German colleagues, it always looks like I am one of the most creative, out of the box thinking persons alive. They are absolutely unable to think of solutions or ideas when not having time to prepare. A brainstorm session is something they simply don’t understand. Thank you Germans for making me, a bang average Dutchie, look good in the eyes of management when I simply was making stuff up on the spot like always because I am lazy and never prepare anything.
I feel like Flanders is automatically included in this
The ladies in gif was Fr*nch though
Most humorous German….
Btw these ladies were French…
Actually you stingy assholes gave us zero – if not negative – money while in rerurn always creating traffic jams with your stewpid fully automated luxury caravans. The Dutch / northern German mind cannot comprehend mountain roads.
You all wanted to become scientists that you got so dumb you can’t even fix your toilet. That’s where you need us.
Dutch: their 90s Baby Rave was an important part of my youth.ย
German: we share a football national team with them, which I am quite fond of. Seriously, I’ll subscribe to Independence only of we don’t start our own league and national team.
Ask someone in the Horeca sector in NL, and they will very probably tell you how much they prefer German customers over almost any other because they are usually well-behaved and polite, and don’t try any stupid discussion or trick. Don’t know how it is the other way round, but this is a fact that left me a bit surprised.
I’m too busy ~~pretending~~ working for my German company right now. Otherwise i would contest this suggestive meme.
I have a Dutch friend who would bang on endlessly about the Germans stealing bicycles during the war and shipping them back to the Fatherland.
That said, I found out later that his major in university was German Literature – Yes, we teased him mercilessly.
Imagine getting flooded
If those kids had a phone, theyโd be very upset about the incoming tikkies
Ah yes, it popped up on my calendar as well:
Germans: their lack of cynicism
Dutch: their cynicism
keep it coming Hans… euro for me, meme for you ๐
