1. We read in the autobiographical booklet that Lieutenant Colonel Neokosmos Grigoriadis published after the end of the campaign:

   “Nowhere else have I seen such a rosy paleness of the skin and so much fluidity on the step of women. They are all like strawberries. Such a situation is very dangerous for the married men, but fortunately some restraint prevails in us ”
