Biden-Harris administration, NOAA announce $575M to make coasts more climate-resilient

1. This is like a sports rulemaker awarding helmets to all players while still allowing punches to the face.

2. Speaking of sporting.  They will do this for all the coastal red states who deny that climate change is real and want to defund NOAA. 

3. This is a good start, but they have to tell people to stop moving on the coast

4. Dont give any money to Florida though. They don’t deserve it.

5. Ugh, the ship has sailed, we need to start moving to higher ground.

6. Is this the same NOAA that Trump plans to eliminate?
