How many fucking times does Nolan get to do this? It is ridiculous that the people of Ireland cannot remove a judge who is a permanent embarrassment, an occasional disgrace, and a danger to our communities.
Is Nolan doing this as part of a dare to see how far he can push the ridiculous sentences.

Why do we even need clampers? What’s wrong with a ticket/sticker on the windscreen/window? Surely you can ticket more cars, and faster, than you can clamp them. We already do this if your car is parked publicly with an invalid tax cert. Happened to me in a car park, came back to find a ticket on my car. I paid the fine. No clamp.
Nolan strikes again. What an absolute cunt of a person.
