1. Whoa. I thought this would do well, but not THAT well. Damn

2. This is pretty shocking to me. I liked the movie and the plot will resonate with a lot of people but remarkable it’s in the top 10. If they roll out sequels every 4-5 years we can have college, dating, marriage, and baby movies for the next 20 years as the audience ages along with the character.

4. This movie struck a nerve. I think a lot more people are struggling with anxiety than we think.

   I hope it outgrosses The Lion King and Jurassic World as those movies didn’t deserve to make all the money they made.

   Honestly, this movie was fine for what it was trying to do, but it’s likely to be remembered like Incredibles 2, Toy Story 4, Finding Dory, and Monster University as an inferior followup to a much better movie.

8. Almost like Disney can still succeed when they tell meaningful stories and aren’t just coasting on consumers’ good faith in regards to their brand name.

   Looking at you, Wish, Raya, Luca, etc.

9. It’ll be interesting to see on how many tickets sold.

   I went to see a movie midday recently and tickets were $27 per seat. That’s not representative of all theaters, but inflation of ticket prices is probably helping.
