Share of zero-emission public buses by country in Europe

  1. Many years ago (2010 or 2011?) I attended an industry seminar.
There was a lecturer from Volvo who said that (at that time) they already stopped (or were going to stop) selling urban buses which were not hybrid because it was a no-brainer buying hybrid since the difference in cost would be recouped in a short time.

I think that if you add a column with average age of the bus fleet you will find a significant correlation.

  2. # Zero emissions* public busses!

*zero emissions to operate**, still mucho emissions to build, ship and maintain

**depending on how the electricity to operate them was produced***

***depending on the time of year

^(Imagine every other row is written with an increasingly smaller font.)
