Representation of Czechs and Slovaks

I am posting this for both Czech and Slovak reddits.

I would like to get any information about RCS football team badge, that was worn in 1993-1994 by the Representation of Czechs and Slovaks.

Since there aren’t much information about the badge in English, I hope there is some information in your native language.

Firstly, I’d like to know whether it is possible to buy it. I understand it is quite unlikely, so what interests me is the size, font used for the letters, colours. I am planning to remake it.
