Not surprised, in Tallinn the demand for new apartments and houses is substantially higher than supply at the moment.
In Ireland we are massively behind on new builds which has been one of the reasons that put us in this crazy housing crisis. It’s great to see that we’re starting to do something but it’ll be a good few years before the issue is solved or significantly eased. I suppose it’s like the saying “the best time to plant a tree is 20 years ago. The second best time is now.”
