Not true. If we stopped emitting CO2 from engines today, and/or cooled the planet using SRM we could solve the biggest problem associated with climate change without changing a thing about our eating habits.
The CO2 emissions of Animal farming would drop drastically.
Truly, animal farming is a small portion of the climate change problem. And one that is much more difficult to change than a mechanical power source.
There are deeply ingrained traditions in food.
Yes they can be changed, but not by anyone alive. Natural selection is mostly in charge of that.
