Sorry but I don’t remember France rejoicing for the 2006 World Cup just as I don’t think England rejoiced for having lost two Europeans, or am I wrong?

If Imane Khelif, a cisgender woman, has a genetic trait that gives her an unfair advantage over women without that rare trait, why not just let her compete in the men’s competition? Or is she sort of in the middle? Like would cismen have an unfair advantage over her?
But if she would have a fair fight against a man, why does it matter what gender she identifies with or what genitals she has? Surely she should compete against whoever she would have a fair fight against.
Maybe this isn’t the sub for a serious question like this, but I don’t understand how everyone seems to just be talking around the issue without addressing it directly.
