  3. Given the lax judiciary in the next country they, expect a sad sob story from a state funded defense barrister furnishing a sad report from a psychologist paid for by the taxpayer to judge paid for by the public.

    Expect a suspended sentence!

    Am I crazy or does that seem like an unfathomable task in a capital city of any kind?

  9. Of course he was. These people that belong in prison are all roaming the streets. Conviction after conviction and they’re all still around

    I was talking about this during dinner and I said that I would have assumed that in this specific situation, that shooting the assailant as they’re about to ram a goverment property would justify shooting them.

    The rest were shocked and it caused an uproar. People saying he had mental conditions and that you should value the lives of people over the government.

    I didn’t hear a single thing that made me feel as though my opinion that that van could have been a bomb, or been a serious terrorist threat in other regards (ramming the gate for others to get in etc) that shooting the assailant wasn’t justified.

    To be clear I was saying as he’s about to ram the initial gate. If he reversed and drove away I dont believe he should’ve been. I think any other comparable country would’ve anyway.

    Thoughts?
