  1. Kamala for president. Queen Kamala until the no kings act passes.

  2. > Harris becomes the first woman of color on a major national ticket

Considering this isn’t her first time on a major national ticket: lol

Edit: Fixed now and correctly reads “She becomes the first woman of color leading a major national ticket”

  3. So, now that Donald’s excuse is gone, he’ll agree to debate her. Right?

  4. Which means we’ll probably find out Monday who the VP pick is. Here’s to hoping it’s a good one.🤞🏼

  5. Yeats wrote: “The best lack all conviction, while the worst // Are full of passionate intensity.”

For too long that seemed to apply but now mayhaps the tide is turning and the best now are full of passionate intensity and the worst lack conviction (except for TFG who has 34 [as well as the contempt convictions] and maybe more to come; Bannon; Navarro; and an assorted group of Proud Boys, J6 rioters, etc.)

  6. The Democratic Party is officially coconut-pilled! 🥥 🌴

  7. Since 2016, I feel that entertainment media has made huge strides in normalizing a Madam President of the US. It’s no longer the novel idea or curiosity that it was during Hillary Clinton’s campaign. Madam President seems extremely realistic.

  8. Great now the weird guy can confirm the debate with the official democrat nominee!

Because that’s all he was waiting on right? Lol

  9. “I have come here to chew bubble gum and kick Trumps ass, and I’m all outta bubble gum”

  10. She is a daughter of immigrants. Her father is an economist, her mother was a biochemist, and she became a lawyer, then AG and then VP. All of them worked very hard to accomplish everything that they achieved against all odds. She is the personification of the American dream.

For her to defeat someone who was born with a silver spoon in his mouth, someone who inherited everything he owns, someone filled with hatred against her kind is the most American story, *ever*.

There’s a saying… “there is nothing wrong with America that can’t be fixed with what is right in America”, and she is an amazing example of everything that is right with America. This November when I vote, I will be proud of who I am voting for, and I will be even more proud of my country for having a political system that allows me to vote for someone like her.

Plus there’s still a chance that I can get to see an astronaut as VP as a bonus 🙂

  11. Whether she picks Kelly, Shapiro, Walz, or Beshear — I will be supporting her 110%. There are too many people within the democratic party who only care about one issue and are willing to tank all the hard work we have gotten done on the other pressing issues of our country. Too many democrats are crying and pouting saying they won’t vote if they don’t get their way. At this point, we need to pick the candidate that gives us the best chance to win the critical swing states. I fully support Palestine but there are other major issues in this election that we can’t forget about simply because our preferred VP doesn’t get picked.

  12. Kelly Kelly Kelly 🚀👨🏻‍🚀! is there *any way* we can voice our preferences to the Veep-pickers?? I’d be bummed if it’s Shapiro. Kelly!!

  13. I thought the official nomination wouldn’t occur until the DNC?

  14. KAMALA 2024 FUCK YES LET’S FUCKING GET THIS SHIT DONE!

  15. The con sub is calling dems fascists and are wondering why their weird guy won’t run on policy

  16. I both thought Biden needed to step down and that the process of him doing so and selecting a replacement would be a nightmare. Glad I was wrong.

  17. Ok Donald, time to confirm your debate with VP Harris. She is officially the nominee. Your excuse is no longer valid. Frightened? Or are you just weird?

  18. Honestly, she’s not the woman I *wanted*, because she’s not progressive enough. However, as a woman, I’m tired of there being a barrier at all. Ready for the ceiling to be broken and normalizing women being in power at every level and capacity. 🖕the patriarchy

  19. I sincerely hope we see Buttigieg for VP! 2nd choice is Kelly. Either way I’m voting Harris.

  20. Perfect timing. Just picked up my Harris for President yard signs today!

  21. I fully intended on voting for Biden, but I am more than happy to vote for Harris instead.

  22. She’s going to bury him in votes. Landslide incoming. Go America!!!!

  23. I’m so excited. I’m so excited to vote, to have her as president and to have entire generations of women grow up knowing that this is possible. She’s right, voting for her is a vote for freedom.

  24. i speak on behalf of absolutely everyone when I say thank you for your service ma’am. Now let’s go beat some far right butt!

  25. Meanwhile on the Conservative sub: “Wow they’re just going to install her without a single vote cast. Democrats have gone full fasicsts.”

It’s absolutely bananas to anyone with a modicum of working brain matter. But I love it, I get happy to see them saying this stupid shit.

They’re so overconfident on the outside and I can’t wait for the election results to roll in and burst these weirdos’ bubbles.

  26. Sigh, headlines. She has enough votes that she will secure the nomination. She will not actually have officially secured it until the process is closed on Monday.

  27. Well then, Donald. I think it’s time you say it to her face.

  28. Now let’s continue working to get Harris elected and rid us of the magats. 💙💙💙💙

  29. Now Trump can rest assured the Dems know who their candidate is. Surely he will accept the next debate in a heartbeat!
