Hello, I was wondering if a citizen of a non-EU/EEA country is liable to pay tuition fees for a higher education university in an international (English) study programme if they have a RP for being a spouse of a finnish citizen.
The studyinfo website only specifies that for people who have a RP for being a spouse of an EU citizen.
Is it not the same for the spouse of a Finnish citizen? I'm confused. I would appreciate any help.
