This is actually a big deal. UK sits on a perm seat with the UNSC, and is a leading NATO/EU nation, having a strong manf base is super important.
Eh, Russia is up because of a war time economy and putting an unsustainable amount of money into arms manufacture. It’s neither a natural growth nor able to continue for long.
