    Israel is already on it’s 3rd shot or no booster. Let’s keep on moving in this direction that is working so well.

  6. I’m just surprised they could agree on something for the whole country. First time I’m seeing this in the 7 years I’ve been here.

  7. This all seems pretty useless. You see villages in west flanders having cases skyrocket despite having 96% fully vaccinated adults. I doubt getting those last 2-3% vaccinated will help much in reducing the case numbers.

    I’m pretty certain that most people in these villages that get infected and infect others are vaccinated. Getting them to use CST for all kind of things won’t stop these vaccinated people from spreading and might even give a false feeling of safety.

    I’m no expert myself but I’ve heard from experts that we should just get everyone a 3rd shot like they did in Israel. It seems to have worked there in reducing the cases/infection rate in contrast to pretty much all european countries with a decent vaccination rate and some kinda CST where cases are on the rise.

  8. At this point just give me my third shot, let me wait 2 weeks for it to kick in and then I will purposely try to get Corona for one final boost to my immune system.
    Hopefully that will suffice.

  9. I was already starting to get worried that the virologists of r/belgium wouldn’t show up. Especially since the pandemic is getting worse, we can all use your input, which is very much needed in these times.
