>The Doncaster “vigil” was planned for 2pm.
How dense do you have to be to call your event a vigil? The people who tried to hold vigils are the ones being [shouted at](https://x.com/PompeySteph/status/1819675930991763885) or disrupted by far-right thugs.
If you’re that person, surely you pretend you are having lunch on a bench and sneak off. You just look silly if you’re on your own
It must be hard being a minority of one. There are people out there who like to attack minorities.
I hear that a right-wing gathering in High Wycombe got defused when a load of local businesses said they’d give £1 to a local refugee charity for evey right winger who turned up.
Goes to show how loud this vocal minority is online compared to reality
Bro was probably the only human out of thousands of likes on the rally call 😂
What is there to see in Doncaster, seems like it would be a pleasant place to visit
I’m reminded of a semi-similar event that happened a few years back with a planned meet up for a heavily misogynistic pick up artist forum “return of kings” over in Calgary, Canada.
A youtuber, Dan Olson, decided to try infiltrate it, which was a lengthy and complicated process involving having to post proof of loyalty via a receipt of the founder’s books, memorizing callsigns and countersigns, and starting in one spot only to move to another, all to make infiltration as hard as possible and keep people like Dan out.
When the day of the meet up came, no one but Dan actually showed up, with everyone else just not bothering with all the fuss and making up excuses to stay home. Essentially, this planned meet up of weirdo proto-incels had a 100% infiltration rate, making it a complete failure
And yet somehow this failed demo feels like a even worse cock up than that. Lol. Lmao, even
They tried to organise one in Norwich but they could only rally four people. Have to ship the same 50 people around but they’re slowly taking bricks to the bollocks
> But the protest failed to materialise, with one demonstrator filming an empty square, with a couple of police vans flanking the square..
> He can be seen telling the camera: “Well, here we are lads, quarter past two, Sir Nigel Gresley Square, there’s me, two coppers who look bored, there’s a van there – they looked bored, you’re all a set of fucking wankers, every one of you.”
Glorious.
Did he turn up with a massive placard? What if he was just looking for number 77?
I mean honestly I’m also seeing a lot of videoes of large numbers of muslim lads openly carrying knives and hammers with no police response.
I want everyone who participated in this to face serious legal consequences, and I hope that won’t be one sided. We equally cannot have Nazis or groups of men in balaclavas brandishing swords fucking out towns up. Deport everyone who participated in this disorder to Rwanda I say and let them duke it out there.
This is funny. But it’s important to not let this discredit the legitimate danger that this recent uprising in fascist behaviours actually has.
““Eh – where are you?” F***ing a***holes. If I were you boys in future I’d keep your mouth shut.””
from reading the article it appears this was just some lout trying to call out the people protesting and trying to goad them
considering the lack of eveidence and a small “independant” news site id be keen to even call this actual fake news lol. maybe the writer of this article is trying to push the typical media agenda of downplaying
I wish the rest of the country was like that.
Seeing footage of Manchester, Bristol, Hull, and out here in Liverpool, its honestly shameful.
Respect to Doncaster.
There’s one of these in Bolton tomorrow. I hope
The same thing happens but worried it’s going to be a mess.
Is it possible to launch an uprising with one person?
I mean – didn’t a lone Frenchman try to seize control of the island of Sark in the 1980s? If it hadn’t been from a British policeman, he could have dodged the local wildlife and succeeded.
