I think with physically maturing and getting in the cycle of training with Real Madrid will make Joan a great asset but its too early to put this kind of pressure on Martinez. Militao hasn’t been on a great form since the end of 23/24 and he is still not there completely but its still too early for Joan. Look at how much Arda matured within a year. These kids need time to grow and mature. However, I agree Militao needs to wake up, Nacho is gone, Super Cup is just around the corner.
We are already pretty thin on CB choices i really hope Militao gets back to his best.

Ive said I’d for months. Rudiger and Militao doesn’t work together. That’s why I hoped Nacho would stay. The only class cb we have is Rudiger and next comes Tchouameni because him and Rudiger are better overall as a duo. We need another cb option. And I don’t want to hear any of that “he is coming back from an injury.” He has played since April. Not getting another cb option is are stupid mistake.
