My girlfriend received .This very curious letter asking for a call back and it was confidential. She also has to communicate a certain code to when she will call back. This is very suspicious for me and I never heard or saw anything like this. Can someone help me (this is in Geneva Switzerland).

Everything about this ‘letter’ screams scam – I wouldn’t call them imo.

Might be debt related.
Just throw it in the trash. Someone is collecting your private data to sell you useless crap.
I googled the phone number and it’s a debt collection company called “Debitors management SA”. Does she have unpaid bills? I would pay them quickly to their rightful owner and pretend it never happened.
