To all those salivating at the UK losing the Islands, I might remind them that the Chagossians would rather be a UK overseas territory than be handed back to the Maldives, this being said, I don’t know why the Brits and Americans just employ them to work on the base, they’re native to the islands and they earn some money for their community both sides are happy. Dumbest decision.
But what is the chances of them actually getting there. Are we expecting the Royal Navy to intervene?
