  1. Nothing more annoying than the big group of people who think they own the place.

  2. Bit of a clickbaity title. The fact they were singing in Welsh doesn’t appear to be relevant at all.

If 30 people started loudly singing and annoying other customers then I think the landlord is entirely entitled to ask them to leave. The article even says they have open mic nights for such things, whereas this was in the middle of the day when food was being served.

  3. Shit article.

This has nothing to do with the fact they are singing in Welsh. 30.

  4. Thirty people? Regardless of why they were thrown out, how busy was the pub that kicking out 30 people was a better business decision than letting the one or two odd tables be mildly inconvenienced by thirty people singing? Also wondering why and what they were singing… Was it a flash mob or something? I kinda want more details here.

  5. Not me thinking “What did Charlotte Church do?” Before looking at the comments

  6. Lovely pub, but definitely a bit on the bijou side inside to accommodate 30 singers in full voice. If you want to sing in a pub in Conwy, a better bet is the Liverpool Arms, the outdoor space is better for it and you’ll bother fewer people.
