Incitement to violence is a crime, rarely enforced.
It’s pretty far from incitement.
Calling for social media crackdowns, and general crackdowns on speech/political-expression, is _exactly_ what the far-right want.
They _know_ their future is to ally with an authoritarian government a decade+ from now – and authoritarian restrictions on speech, protest, and general civil liberties – is exactly what they want to see.
It will and _does_ end up being used against the left instead, while having fuck all effect against fascists.
He’s the quintessential stochastic terrorist. He knows the effect his words and actions will have, but he gets to stay just far enough away to maintain plausible deniability. Legally, he’s probably not culpable. Morally is a different story.
