Accomodation Crisis. Need Help

Hi, I am stuck in this loop of a severe accommodation crisis after no provision of accommodation from my college (uni lu). I just keep running into scammers or people unwilling to provide accommodation to students. I don't know what to do. Here are some facts before you advise me:

1) I'm a 3rd country national, who has to declare an address at the local commune and then apply for a residence permit. I can only reside in Luxembourg

2) I'm a student as mentioned

3) I am actively looking for co-sharing spaces because my budget tbh is 550- 750 euros

Honestly, I am getting a bit desperate. But I will continue to be patient. I just need genuine advice or if someone willing to accommodate me in their space and help me get a rental contract so I can accomplish 1). Please. I have already tried these websites mentioned to me by SEVE uni lu:
