  1. I hear her crowd sizes are much bigger as well

  2. oh noes did donOld run out of moneys to buy polls?

low energy, sad. terrible ratings. =(

  3. Stupid-ass trump thinks everything he doesn’t like is “fake”. What a pathetic baby.

  4. I’m wondering if we could see the 2016 polling error again.

Biden’s polls in 2020 were so good, +8 in PA around this time in the election and nearly all the way through to election day. He won by +1.2.

Now we’re looking at Harris +.6 and calling it a tie or slight edge for Harris?

I would expect Silver of all people to be putting a partisan non response bias weight into his model, and I know that he does, but is that weighting really strengthened enough to reflect the 2016 and 2020 polls vs. results skew?

  5. maybe he would like them better if they were donating to his campaign.

  6. You’re right, Don! They’re totally fake! You’re miles ahead.

    Please proceed, asshat.

  7. This is their only option. Their ideas literally only appeal to the base of their base and they have been growing more and vitriolic and extreme following Trump winning in 2016, they thought it allowed them to stop treating the controversial parts of their ideas as a “quiet part” to hide until they win, now Project 2025 has a literal document that exists we can show people and is linked directly to Trump and the Trump campaign.

The right cant put the genie back in the bottle as it becomes clear the majority of the independents do NOT agree with this Project 2025 BS, and the vast majority of them didn’t actually want Roe V. Wade to be repealled either.

They will proceed to intimidate voters and rig elections, or try to, and lie, cheat, and steal as much as they can to make up for the fact that they haven’t come up with any new ideas in decades. Now they have a supreme court majority too, so if it’s even remotely close and a case makes it to their desk, expect a Trump presidency wether we vote for it or not, and that opens the door for him to do whatever he wants with that immunity ruling behind him.

  8. This is the way. Keep talking about how you don’t need votes and union leaders are stupid. Your base will love it.

  9. Loser wasn’t saying that when he was leading Biden in the polls. Asshat.

  10. I don’t trust polls that forcast the election, but I’m glad that they’re pissing off the orange chicken dumpling.

  11. Everything I don’t like is fake. Makes life so much easier. You just have to switch off your brain.

  12. When they lean to him: real. When they lean Harris: fake When he wins an election: real When he loses an election: fake

  13. They’ll be fake to him right up until inauguration day. He’s too stupid and too arrogant to get the hint any earlier.

  14. Honestly now i hope he goes up in the polls for a week so they can get the soundbite of him saying its now “totally real”, to use against him when he goes back down again.

  15. Ah a truly strong mental state /S
Where everything supporting you is real and anything against you must be fake

  16. Right wing conspiracy thinking allows people to feel like victims when they attack others. Facts are the enemy of this tactic and the world is full of facts. Hence their hostility to journalism. The key to understanding why many right wingers support Trump lies in their rejection of a rational, factual world and their embrace of perpetual victimhood. In fact, there is an historical precedent for this tactic and it goes back to Hitler. (I know, I know, it’s too easy to just dismiss tactics we don’t like as being like Hitler, but hear me out.)

Nazi conspiracy thinking allows people to feel like victims when they attack others. Facts are the enemy of this tactic and the world is full of facts. Hence Hitler’s hostility to journalism. In the Germany of the early 1930s, the newspaper industry was suffering after a financial crisis. Hitler and other Nazis used the idea of the “Lügenpresse” (“fake news”) to attack remaining journalists who were trying to report the facts. In Germany and Austria today, the far right once more speaks of the Lügenpresse, in part because the American president has made the idea respectable. The extreme right in Germany and Austria knows perfectly well that “fake news” is American English for Lügenpresse. The key to understanding why many Germans supported Hitler lies in the Nazis’ rejection of a rational, factual world and the same can easily be said of The conspiracy theorists of today.

  17. He didn’t complain that they were fake when Biden was running. Weird.

  18. I’ve got such a case of MAGAt fatigue at this point. November can’t come quick enough

  19. The media have the nerve to ask if he’ll accept the results of the election. Dude can’t even handle losing a poll.

  20. Imagine getting mad at polling. Like it really does anything

  21. Not to defend him, but the polling has sucked for a while now.

Don’t believe the polls. Just vote.

  22. Suddenly, the polls are fake now? He should take note and pivot before it’s too late.

  23. Of course he thinks they’re fake, just like he will think the election is rigged again when he loses. The scary part is that his differently abled cult will eat that shit up and make life miserable for those around them.

  24. The polls weren’t fake when they had him ahead. Hmm…

  25. Come on, even the MAGA should know by now that any time something doesn’t go Trump’s way he’s going to whine and cry and scream “UNFAIR”! Please tell me the MAGA are not THAT stupid they’d fall for the same old schtick over and again!

  26. >In his statement, Hughes shared a memo that said the poll of 3,102 registered voters sampled more liberals and fewer conservatives than a previous survey, and that Trump would be leading 51 percent to 49 if weighted correctly.

Uhh, don’t polls weight for this since they are rarely going to get an exactly even number of political party affiliations?

Wouldn’t surprise me if dude just omitted that, cause he knows his cultists don’t know how to read cross tabs

  27. Why would someone complain about the polls? That’s just so weird. Just take your losses and move on instead of being weird.

  28. It’s funny how they’re only real when they show him winning.

  29. I haven’t answered any polls, so you can make that Kamala plus 3 for our crew.

  30. Polls don’t matter, only turnout matters, and people turn out to vote when they’re enthusiastic about a candidate. Who’s enthusiastic these days about a weird geriatric con-artist felon?

  31. Good, I hope he does somehow convince his base that he’s in no danger of losing. This seems like the opposite of what you should be doing tbh, but whatever.

Not saying that everyone shouldn’t have the right to vote, but if people need a nudge to get off their asses and do it, I’d rather the republican side not give that nudge by making them feel a false sense of security. I desperately hope the left does the opposite. People must fear the possibility of this man getting elected so much that they’re willing to do whatever it takes to get their vote out.

  32. I know this is not scientific but I was on the road a week ago going to the Ohio Sate Fair on a Saturday afternoon. I did not see anyone wearing 45 or vance crap. Furthermore, on my 4 hour drive there and back, I only saw one 45 bumper sticker and I was looking.
