The bus driver from MZK Zielona Góra insisted that the regulations have changed due to electric scooter explosions on public transportation, hence it is strictly prohibited.
I tried to find an official source for this, and all I can find is the following which seems to state pedestrian priority over personal transportation vehicles, but I find nothing about total prohibition.

  1. There isn’t any national ban. It might be an internal regulation, I am not familiar with MZK Zielona Góra rules.
