  1. And just in time for Iranian arms factories to be evaporated

  2. If we don’t allow Ukraine to strike Russian airfields, I think there’s a higher likelihood of WWIII in the future than if we let them strike now.

Time to stop bowing down to Putin’s threats and let Ukraine operate as they see fit.

  3. Ukraine should get a coalition of non nuclear armed NATO states to push the military occupiers out of Ukraine internationally recognized borders.

Let’s be honest, that’s the main reason there’s been no coalition. Iraq and Serbia weren’t nuclear powers. Why else hasn’t Ukraine gotten one? If Kuwait and Kosovo did?

  4. Need to hit those airfields. It’s just ridiculous at this point. Having the ability to strike the enemy but not being allowed to. Madness.

  5. I honestly don’t know what people expected when it became clear the war isn’t ending anytime soon. No way a small economy is going to win against *Russia* in a war of attrition.

  6. So sad for Ukraine. But…

Russia still has lots of territory to conquer. They’ve got a vast border to secure: NATO on their west, America on their east, and to their south, a climate-change-fueled migrant population of enormous proportions waiting for the right drought/wet-bulb conditions to be triggered. They aren’t governing the territory they win; they’re settling for mass murder. They’ve created the most precipitous drop in brain-drain and birth rates in decades. Their neighbors are turning on them. Their main export, oil, is hitting peak demand in months if not already.

I get things look bad in the minute & even Ukraine has known they might be the sacrificial lamb for the west (or for Chinese expansion), but in the next 10- 20 Russia will have problems that’ll take generations to fix. Or they’ll collapse

  7. It’s important to note that Donetsk has probably one of the biggest build-ups of Russian forces in the entire front, yet since last year they have barely claimed 30KM of additional territory outside of the city while sustaining HUGE losses in return.

It was inevitable that Ukraine might be pushed back, but the Russians are massively overpaying for these relatively tiny gains (which they may not be able to keep a hold of if Ukraine keeps hitting their supply lines so hard).

  8. NATO countries should have allowed Ukraine more freedom to defend itself and attack targets inside Russia. That would have helped disrupt Putin’s war machine. Unfortunately, the West is led by a bunch of Neville Chamberlains who are afraid to escalate and Putin knows it, and is taking full advantage of it. The West is doing the same thing to Israel, and Iran knows it too, which is why they keep escalating. Russia and Iran smell weakness. China is smelling it too. They’re watching how the US and EU only offer the bare minimum of support for their allies and try to tie their hands as much as possible.
