President Putin personally met FSB assassin Krasikov after swap. And now Putin going to put this “ordinary patriot” up for an award. Krasikov was sentenced in Germany to life imprisonment for murder Chechen refuge. The words of war criminal Putin are worthless. EU should take appropriate actions.

1. The last sentence that every Russian on German soil is a threat is quite a stretch.

   We have >1 Million so called “German-Russians”, who are effectively Russians but with trace amounts of German ancestry, who moved to Germany when the Soviet Union collapsed. They speak Russian at home and watch Putins propaganda TV.

   But putting all of them under surveillance would be both impractical and against the constitution.
