    At this point, he’s never going to retire, so I kinda hope Dems win the WhiteHouse for the next few decades, forcing him to work forever and be a grumpy piece of shit while the rest of the world passes by.

    Hell, expand the court so he’s in the minority so he can’t do anymore damage, and make him work till he dies like millions of other Americans

  17. How many chances has Thomas had to come clean? Yet he Thomas uses every opportunity to lie more. The man has no credibility and has no business being on the US Supreme Court, or any court. In fact, if he was on a lower court he probably would have been fired/impeached/unelected by now.

    The US Supreme Court desperately needs real, enforceable ethical standards. That is just the first step to restoring faith and credibility in the institution.

  25. Has anyone noticed that Thomas has looked fucking miserable in basically every picture that’s been taken of him since people started paying attention to the fact that he sucks? I think he may be the only one of these assholes that fully understands the gravity of having millions of people hate him, and it actually really bothers him. He knows he’ll be remembered as a corrupt coward who hung out with Nazis, and that is absolutely not how he wanted to be remembered. Now he’s just on autopilot because his legacy is too far gone. And I guarantee his wife isn’t making any of this any better.

  28. Thomas doesn’t care because he knows that no matter what he does, nothing will happen to him. Trump attempted a coup and only 7 Republican senators could muster the fortitude to vote to impeach him. Perhaps one or two Republicans would vote to impeach, but you need about 16 and that is never going to happen.

    Democrats need to play the long game. Alito is 74 and Thomas is 76. Give Harris two terms and it will be very difficult for those two to hang on. But, Democrats also need to keep the Senate. If anyone thinks that Republicans will let a new justice onto the court if they control the Senate, you’re naive. They will stall it for years if needed.

  30. Just a couple of days ago Justice Gorsuch warned President Biden  to “be careful” after Biden announced his proposed Supreme Court reforms.

    This is what we’re up against. A Court so compromised a Justice can make that kind of brain dead statement.

    Gorsuch claims he’s against the politicization of the Court, oblivious to the fact that he got his seat from the most dirtiest of politics when Republicans refused to vote on Obama’s nominee.

  42. I’m an attorney and I have to follow rules in order to keep my license. If I did any of what this judge did, I’d lose my license. It sucks when the most powerful people in your profession are above the law.
