Seems kinda like a bad precedent, but the kid is alright and that’s the main thing. Look at me trying to be wholesome and see positives. That will surely last.
Legal class should be rendered into an oil and used to supplement oaps home heating oil requirements.
These cases drive me mad. How can this be proportionate to the risk and the consequence for the kid. All it does is encourage other people to do similar
I really could be a millionaire now if I’d claimed for all my accidents as a child.
If this happened my kid I’d probably do the same,
If it was bad not a little scratch.
Something happens your own kid you blame everyone but yourself.
Wall on Wall action
So now the council will turn around and close off gardens they are in charge of.
Sounds like the kid was fuckin about climbing walls and fell.
Like does that mean the council have to check council grounds every second of every day? Cause they can’t thats not possible.
It would be different if it was something the council were in charge of like they made a bench and it had rusty nails sticking out of it.
> The court heard the boy continues to complain of sensitivity in cold weather but has made a good recovery and has returned to hurling without difficulty.
Wtf, how did the case not get thrown out since he’s fine?
