Ukrainian F-16 fighter jets “operational” against Russia

Kyiv released the first images of Ukraine’s F-16 fighter jets flying above the skies of Ukraine on Sunday (August 4) as President Volodymr Zelenskiy watched on.

Zelenskiy said on Sunday that Ukraine’s air force pilots had started flying F-16s for operations over Ukraine, confirming the long-awaited arrival of the U.S.-made fighter jets more than 29 months since Russia’s invasion.

The Ukrainian leader announced the supply of the warplanes, which Kyiv has lobbied for since the first year of the war, as he met air force pilots at an airbase flanked by two F-16s with two more of them flying overhead.

  1. Lol, Russian pilots salivating at the prospect of shooting these down, just as Russia has destroyed all the other Western weapons like Leopards, Abrams, Bradleys, Himars, Patriots.

  2. I don’t want to go back home. I love Ukraine, but in UK everything free. Free house – free transport – free electricity and wiFi. Slava Ukraine❤

  3. Even funnier, the official report from the Romanian training base said the Uke pilots were constantly drunk, wouldn't learn English, and couldn't manage maneuvers. Course, if I was going to get thrown up against the Russian pilots, I'd probably get drunk and try to flunk out too 😂😂😂
