The picutre was taked abour 30 years ago, so i have a suspision it might not exist anymore. My friend spend around 2 hours searching for it with the help of younger locals, who say they have never seen it. Please help.

Honestly the building & fountain look way too big for our small country

Why do you think it is in Luxembourg ?
could it be that it is related to the “Jardin du Luxembourg” in Paris ?
