  9. I’m a European living in Beirut. It’s honestly surprising how loud they are – my building and walls were rumbling. The airstrike last week was considerably more quiet / less impactful.

  14. This is what it looks like when one side actually doesn’t want war but won’t shy away from protecting itself. This is a clear message that uses no violence but shows how much violence is waiting if sovereignty isn’t respected.

    This gives ample room for the terror state to back down but now it is clear what happens if they don’t.

  15. Nice! A very pervasive, intrusive, sound and vibration that nobody can ignore or deny, without killing people unnecessarily. Very hard to rationalize this away or misinterpret.

  16. I used to teach in the West Bank and the Israeli Air Force would do this on a weekly basis over the university. They’d sonic boom us and the windows would literally bend back and forth it was wild.
