

Had my brows done by a 'skin care' specialist salon in Norway. The first procedure was about an hour. The second session was less than that. I was concerned about the patchy effect, and the color after the first appointment, but I was assured this would be addressed during the second and final appointment. If anything, the outcome was worse. When writing to the salon abd voicing my disappointment, I was reminded (?) that I had been told this would happen when there was bleeding during the procedure. She said I could come back and she would fix them. I thought after 2 appointments, I wasn't going back for a 3rd and possibly even a worse outcome. I paid over 4000nok. Is there any way I could get even a partial refund?
