On both sides of the Liffey this afternoon, CATU members were out in solidarity with fellow members – 2 facing eviction in Dublin 7, and a third fighting unjust arrears in East Wall. Our demands are clear: No to evicting anyone into homelessness, no to mistreatment.

I’d love to know what is making the arrears unfair.
Why are the arrears unfair and what are the reasons for the 2 evictions?
Since AHBs are subject to the RTB, what did the RTB decide when the eviction notices were appealed?
What good is solidarity when you’re evicted?
So they’re protesting against an AHB that you must assume is providing housing well below market rates courtesy of the taxpayer. Sinn Féin’s Violet-Anne Wynne approves I’m sure.
