it’s Kirkjufell mountain in the Snæfellsnes peninsula, the fountain is the mountains namesake; Kirkjufellsfoss. Fun Fact, The mountain was somewhat relevant in Game of Thrones where it was named arrowhead mountain used as a waypoint north of the wall.

Went in February, looked exactly like this, just covered in white instead, falls frozen while pouring. One of my favorite days.
also to point the waterfall is quite smaller than it seems in the picture.
It’s not Godafoss or one of those amazing waterfalls scattered in Iceland but the whole place is quite pretty.
It’s called Arrowhead mountain. Some man from the sagas got stabbed there and now it’s a famous landmark.
