Holy hell, the Olympics have dipped in quality. How’s anyone even allowed on track during any race?

How is the entire track not off limits during races? There’s like six random people standing there. It’s not a very professional look for the Olympics.
There should be a ‘sector manager’ around to make sure this doesn’t happen. Athletics comps are chaotic behind the scenes and little lapses in concentration can have big ramifications.
