  4. Select committees are potentially pretty powerful institutions – they have the ability on paper to issue formal summonses to witnesses within the UK, backed up with the threat of being found in contempt and warrented for arrest.

    This would be the funniest possible time line if Elon was made effectively a political fugitive by the Commons Science & Technology Select Committee.

    I started being worried about the impact an unfettered Elon could have on our social consciousness, but then it got worse wondering about the affect Rupert has had for decades
