They *really* need to take a much harsher approach to discipline. Any off the ball shoving or dragging should be a minimum yellow card. The shite of new subs squaring up to their marker shouldering/ shoving their marker etc needs to be stamped out aggressively. People initiating brawls like this need to get hefty suspensions.
